cookies + cream white chocolate bar

Being chocolatemakers has given us a lot of creative freedom to make whatever we want in the chocolate space. Typically, we focus on dark chocolate bars with unique flavours. But sometimes, we just want to make something that takes us back to our younger years. Say hello to Cookies & Cream White Chocolate!

We make our own chocolate cookie, crush it into smaller bits and sprinkle it onto the bar. It has a nice sweetness, a playful crunch, and is devoured before you know it. 

TASTES LIKE: It's sweet, (but not too sweet) it's crunchy, and its our take on the classic cookie & cream bar we ate as kids. It also tastes pretty great frozen, too.
